Our Change Excellence team is dedicated to establishing, launching, and maintaining a robust and effective change management practice across the organization. We are seeking a Change Manager with extensive enterprise experience to join our team.

In this role, you will empower colleagues to embrace changes introduced through strategic initiatives, facilitating the adoption of new processes, tools, and operational methods. You will have the chance to engage in a variety of technology-driven change projects that affect employees throughout Informa, initially focusing on streamlining our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Change Management Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies to foster behavioral change and integrate new roles, processes, and tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and analyze key stakeholders affected by changes, crafting tailored engagement plans to address their concerns and communication needs.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments to gauge the effects of change on various departments and individuals, using insights to shape change management strategies.
  • Communication Planning: Design and execute effective communication strategies to ensure clear and timely messaging regarding the change, its rationale, and benefits. Develop persuasive communication materials and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Change Readiness Evaluation: Assess the organization’s preparedness for change, identifying potential challenges and areas needing additional support or training.
  • Training and Development: Determine training needs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt effectively to change. Collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to create suitable training solutions and deliver programs.
  • Resistance Management: Proactively identify and address resistance to change, implementing strategies to overcome barriers and promote a positive change experience.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously track change progress, gather feedback, and assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the change process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Organizational Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability, creating a supportive environment for ongoing transformation.
  • Sustaining Change: Ensure that change initiatives lead to lasting positive outcomes and integrate changes into the organization’s culture.
  • Utilize appropriate change management methodologies and tools to develop a strategy that supports the adoption of necessary changes within a complex, international business environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing change strategies within technology-driven transformation programs, particularly with enterprise-wide systems (e.g., HR systems like Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, demonstrating the use of clear insights and compelling data.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, adept at presenting and reporting to senior stakeholders and articulating messages to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to empathize, listen actively, and convey ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Capability to influence without direct authority and effectively present and facilitate discussions.

Additional Information:

At Informa, we strive to create a rewarding and supportive work environment. Here’s what you can expect when you join us:

  • Flexibility: We are highly rated for the flexibility and trust we offer, allowing a balance between office and remote work.
  • Community: A welcoming culture with various social events and active diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Impact: Opportunities to volunteer and contribute to charitable causes.
  • Career Development: Access to bespoke training, mentoring, and numerous courses for professional growth.
  • Time Off: Generous annual leave policies, including additional leave after two years of service.
  • A range of personal benefits, including company-funded private medical coverage.
  • A ShareMatch scheme allowing you to become an Informa shareholder.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing support, including mental health resources.
  • Recognition programs for outstanding contributions.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with global teams.
