About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our team at IIJ Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic account management and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
  • Enterprise Sales: Focus on enterprise sales, conducting sales activities and approaches in English, including internal communication, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to selling, identifying and defining customer challenges through interviews, drafting proposals independently in either Japanese or English, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Sales Targets: Commit to managing sales targets (revenue and profit) within the scope of responsibility, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Business Insights and Growth: Contribute to business insights and drive growth, aligning with the company's mid-term business plan, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  • Leadership and Development: Expected to serve as a future leader, with a commitment to over five years of service and contribution, and develop skills and expertise to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
  • Experience: Preferably, over five years of front-line sales experience at a Japanese IT System Integrator (SIer), or sales experience at a consulting firm.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong consultative sales skills, ability to manage end-to-end processes, and proficiency in Japanese and English.
