About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of consultants in delivering Workday implementation projects, focusing on strategic planning, team management, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation, growth, and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding, performance management, and career development processes to ensure consultant success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to staff engagements, build skills, and drive project success.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction levels through exceptional service delivery and team performance.
  • Ensure consultants adhere to Workday's implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Administer consultant incentive compensation plans to motivate high performance.
  • Contribute to the company's strategic direction through leadership and participation in internal initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements, timelines, and scopes to accurately estimate projects.
  • Deliver a range of services to assist customers in achieving self-sufficiency, including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, health checks, and expert assistance.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting.
  • 10+ years of software consulting experience on large, enterprise projects.
  • 4+ years as a people manager and/or relevant experience leading an implementation team.
  • Workday certification in one or more product areas required as a condition of employment.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • 2+ years as a people manager preferred.
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior executives, internal and external teams.
  • Leading and influencing large design meetings towards effective and collaborative outcomes.
  • Collaboration with other organizations within Workday.
