Change Management and Enablement Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management and Enablement Consultant to join our team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in driving the successful adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Role Definition: Develop clear and concise role profiles outlining responsibilities and system access needs for various user groups.
  • Needs Analysis: Lead use case analysis workshops to understand user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Design and analyze surveys to gather user feedback and measure adoption progress.
  • Training Material Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and effective training materials (e.g., presentations, guides, videos).
  • Training Program Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions for end-users, tailoring content to different audiences and learning styles.
  • Feedback and Communication Management: Collect, analyze, and distribute user feedback to relevant stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates, manage risks and issues, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Program Governance: Contribute to program governance structures, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Change Management and Enablement Consultant or similar role.
  • Experience leading and driving change.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites within the UK and potentially within the EU.
