Are you eager to launch your career in Business Change? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Change Analyst, where you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Business Change Analyst, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive change. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from data analysis to process improvement, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

We're committed to supporting your career growth and development, with regular check-ins with our directors, a buddy system, and access to training and mentorship programs. You'll also have the opportunity to work on a fully funded, bespoke training program to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • This role requires a full driving licence and access to a car
  • Possession of a technical undergraduate degree
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Strong soft skills, excellent communication abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent)
  • A passionate interest in Business Change and IT
