Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at ea Change. As a key member of our Business Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology solutions and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between business units and the Business Systems team.
  • Collaborate with end-users and departments to ensure seamless communication and system integration.
  • Manage business systems projects, from start to completion.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
  • Take ownership of system-related projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and next steps.

Requirements

  • Experience managing business system projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to apply technology in a business context.
  • Exposure to insurance business systems or similar software technologies (desirable).
