Job Summary

Business analysts serve as the bridge between our clients and our engineers. We work directly with customers to understand their business processes and objectives. We document these objectives and align them with our solutions, translating them into actionable items for our product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to define a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and requirements for their software.
  • Document client objectives, scope, requirements, use cases, and assumptions in Business Requirements Documents for client approval.
  • Communicate results of your analysis to stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Assist Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers through the software development lifecycle as needed related to requirements.
  • Provide end-user training.
Requirements
  • Minimum experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience in writing user stories.
