Regional Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a software-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment, tax technology, financial technology, or related industries is a strong plus.
