Regional Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the enterprise segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a software-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with overall Fonoa goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets, providing coaching and development to ensure the professional growth and success of each team member.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Fonoa to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on leading high-performing sales teams in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in an enterprise sales environment.
- Experience in a scale-up environment, tax technology, financial technology, or related industries is a strong plus.
