Front of House Team Member

Duties:

  • Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure all items are properly stocked
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Skills:

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Strong guest service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests, coworkers, and management
  • Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or specials

Job Types:
