About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front of House Manager in ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience
  • Review room allocation and advise on rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
  • Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless guest service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, or front of house position
  • People management experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Quality and standards driven with a focus on delivering a 5-star experience
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
