About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front of House Manager to join our team at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front of House Manager in providing outstanding guest service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Review room allocation and advise on rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
  • Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure efficient and effective operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office, reception, or front of house position
  • People management experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment
