Front of House Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Facilities Assistant. As a key member of our front of house service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and ensure their experience is seamless, taking good care of their needs as they arrive, wait, and leave the office.
  • Maintain accurate records, including parking passes, visitors, and security access.
  • Organize and provide refreshments for meeting room bookings, ensuring they are set up and ready for guests.
  • Clear the board rooms of refreshments during and after meetings.
  • Provide support and cover to the Café services on an ad-hoc basis to cover staff absences.
  • Manage calls received via the switchboard, ensuring an efficient service is provided to callers.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with a meeting room/resource booking system is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with a Softphone Switchboard System is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience providing exceptional customer service, ideally within a reception/front of house role, is preferred but not essential.
