Front of House Supervisor – [Leeds Trinity] – £12.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Archie's [Leeds Trinity] location. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a clean and safe environment.
  • Control operational costs and wastage, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, upholding the highest standards.
  • Uphold the Archie's brand, suggesting ways to improve and implement policies and processes.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance where needed.
  • Listen to and resolve customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
  • Deliver the perfect Archie's experience to every customer, ensuring everyone is greeted with a smile.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a front of house Team Leader or Supervisor in a QSR or branded restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Demonstrate excellent time keeping, reliability, and flexibility to work across 7 days to meet the needs of the business.
  • The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become a future leader.
  • A can-do attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and pride in your work.
