Front of House Supervisor – [Leeds Trinity] – £12.00 per hour

Archie's is seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team

We are a 5-star-studded restaurant with a creative and unique menu, striving to deliver the best quality service to our loyal fans and customers. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising front of house operations, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front of house operations to deliver high standards in site cleanliness and Health & Safety.
  • Control operational costs and wastage.
  • Ensure store targets are met and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations are championed.
  • Uphold the Archie's brand and suggest ways to improve.
  • Implement policies and processes on a day-to-day basis, such as staff hygiene and uniform.
  • Motivate, mentor, develop, and lead others, providing feedback and guidance where needed.
  • Listen to and resolve customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
  • Deliver the perfect Archie's experience to every customer, ensuring everyone is greeted with a smile.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a front of house Team Leader or Supervisor in a QSR or branded restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Demonstrate excellent time keeping, reliability, and flexibility to work across 7 days to meet the needs of the business.
  • The ability to pick up new skills quickly and become a future leader.
