Front of House Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Archie's. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front of house operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and Health & Safety.
  • Control operational costs and wastage, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain store targets, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Uphold the Archie's brand, suggesting ways to improve and implement policies and processes.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Listen to and resolve customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer is greeted with a smile.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a front of house Team Leader or Supervisor in a QSR or branded restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Excellent time keeping, reliability, and flexibility to work across 7 days.
  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly and become a future leader.
  • Can-do attitude, sharp eye for detail, and pride in work.
