Join Our Team as a Front of House Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Lounges. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of front of house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of front of house staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage the front of house operations, including staff scheduling, training, and development
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and promotions

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front of House Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
  • Ability to train and develop staff members
