Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operation and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team to develop and grow the front of house team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
  • Embody our people promise and values through your actions and behavior, inspiring and motivating your team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Manage labour and rotas to ensure efficient operation of the front of house.
  • Understand financial performance of the restaurant and make informed decisions to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
  • Think on your feet and make quick decisions to resolve issues and drive results.
