Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Walker Morris LLP. As a key member of our front of house service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage front of house records, including parking passes, visitors, and security access.
  • Organize and provide refreshments for meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and ready for guests.
  • Clear meeting rooms of refreshments during and after meetings.
  • Provide support and cover to the café services on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Manage calls received via the switchboard, providing an efficient service to callers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with a meeting room/resource booking system is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with a softphone switchboard system is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience providing exceptional customer service, ideally within a reception/front of house role, is preferred but not essential.
