  • Manage labour and rotas to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
  • Understand financial performance of your restaurant and make informed decisions to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead by example, embodying our people promise and values through your actions and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a supervisor/manager in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to have real conversations with consideration and care.
  • Ability to understand financial performance and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing labour and rotas.
  • Passionate leader with experience of managing team performance and development.
  • Able to create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
  • Forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.00.
  • £1,000 bonus opportunity per year.
