​ About the Job

Working in a busy environment with the contact centre team, you will be responsible for:

Managing our customer experience journey, including customer complaints and resolutions Booking customers in and arranging their vehicle collections and returns Answering and making phone calls Updating insurance companies Updating computer systems/portals Ensuring daily KPI targets are achieved

​ About You

You will have prior experience in a fast paced customer service position, with the ability to:

Multi-task in a busy environment Plan your workload effectively to ensure customers are updated to agreed timescales Work accurately under pressure Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision Be flexible in your approach Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind

Experience within the automotive sector would be beneficial but not essential.
