We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Contact Centre team at VW Chelmsford. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with current products, processes, and systems to provide accurate information and support
  • Adopt a sales approach to upsell and promote relevant products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent customer service
  • Deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work
