We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Chelmsford Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer journey, including handling customer complaints and finding effective resolutions.
  • Booking customer appointments and arranging vehicle collections and returns.
  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers and partners.
  • Keeping insurance companies updated with relevant information.
  • Updating and maintaining computer systems and portals.
  • Ensuring daily KPI targets are met to maintain service excellence.

About You

We are looking for individuals with prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. You should be able to:

  • Multi-task effectively: Handle various tasks in a busy setting without compromising on quality.
  • Plan and organise: Manage your workload efficiently to ensure customers receive timely updates.
