Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Chelmsford BMW. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Naturally and curiously interact with our customers in the showroom, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Adhere to Inchcape sales processes and regulations, ensuring compliance and excellence in customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
