About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase category sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve category sales growth and dominance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets to increase store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience and business development skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and fulfill immediate business objectives.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Full UK driver's license.
