Field Sales Solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase category sales and dominance in retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and dominance
  • Work with retail outlets to increase store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness
  • Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and the brand portfolio
  • Business development skills and sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills
  • Ability to think strategically while fulfilling immediate business objectives
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results
  • Full UK driver's license
