Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retail partners. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating sales agreements, and managing existing relationships to ensure continued growth and profitability.

The Sales Development Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for providing sales training and support to the sales team, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
