Job Description

This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with retail contacts, leveraging big data insights and category trend knowledge to drive sales growth for Procter & Gamble.

You will work closely with your regional manager, have high autonomy, and spend most of your time building relationships with retail outlets.

  • Develop action plans to increase category sales and dominance.
  • Increase store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximise in-store visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as our Sales Development Manager, you'll need:

  • A passion for sales and the brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills and sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
  • The ability to think strategically while fulfilling immediate business objectives.
  • A proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • A full UK driver's license.
