Field Sales Representative with Category Growth Expertise

Field Sales Solutions is a leading field marketing company, working in partnership with top brands to ensure their products are on store shelves.

Job DescriptionThis role involves developing and nurturing relationships with retail contacts, leveraging big data insights and category trend knowledge to drive sales growth for Procter & Gamble.
You will work closely with your regional manager, have high autonomy, and spend most of your time building relationships with retail outlets.
- Develop action plans to increase category sales and dominance.
- Increase store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
- Negotiate increased promotional space for key products to maximise in-store visibility.
To succeed as our Sales Development Manager, you'll need:
- A passion for sales and the brand portfolio.
- Business development skills and sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
- The ability to think strategically while fulfilling immediate business objectives.
- A proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
- A full UK driver's license.
