Sales Development Manager

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase category sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with retail outlets to develop and implement sales plans that increase category sales and dominance.
- Increasing store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
- Negotiating increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.
As a Sales Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading field marketing company, Field Sales Solutions, and be exposed to the big names in the FMCG world. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and business development.
Requirements:
- A passion for sales and the brand portfolio.
- Business development skills and sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills.
- Ability to think strategically, while fulfilling immediate business objectives.
- Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
- Full UK driver's license.
