Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team at Renault UK. As a key member of our Aftersales team, you will be responsible for managing the supply of parts to our workshop, sourcing parts on time, and pre-picking ready for jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Management: Be the first point of contact for all parts enquiries, providing a knowledgeable and efficient service that personifies the Renault brand.
  • Customer Service: Qualify all trade customers, identify their needs, and successfully manage their expectations.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage re-order processes, and undertake inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Administration: Record and book out all parts as per workshop process, and complete all administration relating to returns.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with the Nissan Parts team on parts technical issues when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience of managing stock in a busy and demanding environment is essential.
  • Skills: People-focused with excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of commercial priorities, ability to anticipate needs, and knowledge of Dealer Management Systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, able to work on own initiative, and high levels of integrity.
