WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Due to business growth we are looking for a Payroll Administrator to support the Reward Team in all transactional activates relating to employee benefits and payroll.
The Payroll Administrator will play a pivotal role, working as part of a team, to ensure that all 4 monthly payrolls for 850 employees are processed accurately and on time ensuring compliance with HMRC, Pensions Regulator and other statutory duties.
Reporting to the Reward and People Systems Manager, duties will include:
- Assist with end to end payroll processing and employee benefits
- Support the administration of the pensions auto enrolment process
- Monitor and support the administration of the Payroll mailbox. Expedite and manage responses within agreed timeframes, working closely with the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in developing and testing new and/or existing payroll processes and procedures when system and business requirements change
- Assist with various payroll audits as required by internal and external audit teams
- Support with any adhoc payroll/reward projects

Able to use own initiative and work autonomously, as well as part of a team. A good level of competency with technology is especially important, particularly with word and excel.
