We are looking for part time office administrator to work as a job share at Hosie Electrical In Inverurie.


This is a part time office based role 21 hrs based over 3 consecutive days a week and able to cover holidays with job share.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the office / engineers.
  • Organise jobs / surveys, experience with Sim-Pro advantageous but not mandatory as training can be provided.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • To arrange certification and PAT test reports to customers.
  • Invoicing works & projects.
  • General administration.
