Full-time, 8.45 - 5 pm Mon-Fri

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
Pertemps Dundee are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known Public Sector organisation, for Admin Support Assistant to start an immediate temporary 8 week contract. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 08:45-17:00.

Main purpose of this role is to carry out financial calculations and data input. Numeracy skills and accuracy are essential for this role.
Duties will typically include the following:

- Provide support, which may include reception duties, data input, word processing and producing a range of documents- Organise meetings and events including booking venues, issuing invitations, distributing documentation and general minute taking as required- Update and maintain records, files and databases in line with corporate records management standards- Process invoices and payments, which may include the use of financial management systems, e.g. Oracle- Assist in the collation, preparation and provision of information; verifying and validating as necessary- Undertake general office duties including photocopying and processing mailTo be considered for this role, you must have the following:

- Experience of working in an administrative environment in similar role- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Capable of prioritising tasks to meet competing demands- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team- Accuracy and attention to detail
