Hire Controller

You will be primarily responsible for managing and operating the hire desk as efficiently as possible in order to promote and develop the company’s hire and service business.

**Main duties will include**:
Generating all Hire Quotations, ensuring they are numbered and filed correctly and easily accessible for future reference.

Answering customer enquiries regarding generators, distro, and accessories.

Recording any defects or issues with hire equipment on return from hire, including advising staff and customers of the problems.

Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.

General admin and office duties.

**What we need**:
Previous experience within a similar role.

Good computer skills in order to complete quotations, costings, bookings etc.

Customer service experience, good communication skills and willingness to assist customers and workshop etc.

Common sense, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously.

Proactive team player.
