**Can you sell our events spaces and then organise wonderful weddings?**

We’re looking for an experienced and professional Wedding Coordinator to work in our events team. A sales role reporting to the General Manager, it includes handling enquiries and coordinating events to a high professional standard. It is a full time position, and previous experience is preffered in role or similar environment. The hours are flexible and work around the business, and this will include work at the weekend to fulfil appoointments and wedding showcases as well as meeeting and greeting our bride and grooms.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own initiative. As deadlines are often a factor, you’ll need to be organised and able to prioritise under pressure. Computer skills are also useful, including Microsoft Office.

There’s a strong admin element too: you’ll ensure that all enquiries are tracked, complete function sheets accurately, and prepare wedding stationary.
