Here's some key information about the role:

  • Oversee the company airfare deals & ticketing activities
  • Assist sales teams with pricing PNRs using a variety of different airfares
  • Work with external airfare suppliers for overseas local market fares
  • Ensure favorable ticketing deadlines are provided
  • Use diary function reminders for deadlines on third party bookings
  • Provide additional support to the after sales team
  • Monitor for schedule changes and liaise with after sales team to rebook where applicable, and revalidate/reissue tickets
  • Keep abreast of developments in the airline industry and share with sales & product teams
  • Carry out quality control checks on booking files/PNRs

Requirements:

  • Sound understanding and experience of airfare & ticketing queries
  • Knowledgeable of business and/or leisure travel markets
  • Passion for all things airline/airfare/product related
