About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at ABode Glasgow. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on driving revenue growth
