Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Commis Chef to join our team. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for carrying out prep work, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out prep work throughout any allocated section of the kitchen with excellent knife skills.
  • Be able to multi-task and work through busy service times.
  • Prepare, cook, and present all dishes to the Dakota standard.
  • Clean down the kitchen and maintain an immaculate working environment.
