We are looking for an efficient and organised receptionist to join the Emergency Dental Service Team based in Dewi Sant Hospital, Pontypridd.
The service runs on weekends and Bank Holidays.
The post holder will be required to prioritise and work on their own initiative without direct supervision, but also enjoy working as part of a team to provide excellent patient care This is a front of house position that requires the ability to work under pressure and represent the Service in a professional manner at all times.

The main duties of the job are outlined in the Job Description; however a brief outline is detailed below:
- Ensure that all patient records both in paper form and electronically are kept up to date, correctly stored and filed for confidentiality purposes
- Ensure that every patient completes a medical history form
- Ensure communication between the Booking Centre and the Health Centre is robust and efficient
