Position Overview: The University of South Wales is seeking a dedicated Registry Assistant to enhance the operational functions within the Academic Registry. This department plays a crucial role in providing essential administrative and informational services to students throughout their academic journey, from enrollment to graduation.

Key Responsibilities: As a member of the Quality and Academic Services (QAS) - Assessment Team, your contributions will encompass:

  • Facilitating examinations
  • Managing assessment administration processes and services, including the issuance of results
  • Coordinating graduation ceremonies
  • Overseeing the production and distribution of certificates and transcripts
  • Providing services for past students

Your role will involve collaboration with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of services to students, faculties, and partners, alongside managing associated systems and web support.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for an excellent communicator and a proactive team player with experience in administrative service delivery. You should possess strong organizational skills, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing tasks to meet critical deadlines. Proficiency in IT is essential, along with the ability to produce clear and concise summaries of discussions.

Work Environment: The University operates a hybrid working model.
