Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Front Office Team, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of the front desk, adhering to the hotel's established standards.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing check-ins, check-outs, and daily financial reconciliations.
  • Addressing and resolving guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring that all issues are communicated to the General Manager promptly.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Front Office systems, including industry-standard software and the hotel's internal booking platforms.
