Your new company
You will be working for a social housing company based next to Birchwood Train Station.

Your new role
Your new role as a Complaints Handler will entail you working through a backlog of previous and current complaints. The complaints may be easily resolved - a case of simply closing the live case on the report.

It could require you to spend a little bit moretime to resolve the said problem, passing the customer onto relevant teams -eg to the planned maintenance repairs team who support the repairs and scheduling manager to plan and responded to planned and responsive repairs calls.

You will be liaising with operativesand customer to provide a first-class customer focused service whilst working to key business deliver times.

What you'll get in return

In return you will be working on a 3-month temporary contract, £12 per hour, 36.25 hours per week, gaining experience from working in a well-established organisation.

This role could be extended or made permanent, and this will be decided on performance andbusiness needs. The role is based in Birchwood, and you will work 8am-5pm.

This role offers hybrid working once 1 week of training is complete - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.

This will allow you to work alongside serving members of staff who willsupport you every step of the way.

Full training is given, and you will embark on a training course to give you the best opportunity possible to succeed.

The rate of pay for this role is £12 per hour exclusive of holiday pay and you will be paid on a weekly basis
