  • Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts, maintaining uptodate records of interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Work with the team to ensure a harmonious work environment.

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed customer service goals.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry is advantageous.
