Hourly Rate:
Up to £16 per hour

Location:
Chester (Hybrid)

Duties:

  • Happy to deal with any customer complaints
  • Has good customer service skills and logistics knowledge and experience of receiving and
processing orders.

  • French Speaking
  • Needs to be an autonomous worker and confident at managing a high volume of calls
  • Ideally have knowledge of SAP and CRM tool such as Oracle Benefits
  • Flexible working. The role is 50% working from home and 50% working from the Chester
in the office on Wednesdays with the rest of the team.
