Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch speaking Customer Service Support to join our team at CK Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders, performing thorough validations to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with customers regarding quality issues, recalls, and product holds, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Handle backorders and returns, obtaining necessary approvals and informing customers of decisions.
- Monitor open orders until completion, addressing any exceptions or issues that arise.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, recording interactions in our call tracking tool.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with French as a desirable additional language.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, handling emails and calls.
