Customer Service Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team at CK Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely entry into our SAP system.
  • Communicate with customers regarding quality issues, recalls, and product holds, providing clear and concise information.
  • Handle backorders and returns, obtaining necessary approvals and communicating decisions to customers.
  • Monitor and address open orders, ensuring timely completion and resolution of exceptions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, recording interactions in our call tracking tool.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with French as a desirable additional language.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a focus on email and phone communication.
