Are you an enthusiastic and self-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Look no further We are seeking a Rental Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Chester branch. As a Rental Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them in finding the perfect rental solution tailored to their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen attentively to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate rental options
- Conduct vehicle inspections and documentation to ensure rentals are in optimal condition
- Process reservations, rental agreements, and payments accurately
- Provide clear and concise explanations of rental terms, conditions, and insurance coverage
- Promote add-on services, such as additional insurance coverage, to enhance customers' rental experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the rental team to manage fleet availability and ensure proper vehicle maintenance
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Full and clean UK driving licence

**Salary and Benefits**:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes a base salary, monthly commission opportunities and a mobility scheme (or private car allowance instead). There's also an uncapped branch bonus payable quarterly. Of course, we also offer a company pension.
