The Sales Advisor role at our Chester Boys & Boden Builders Merchants is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business in which you will play a vital role in our continued success.
- **What will I be doing?**_

No one day is the same in Boys & Boden branch life, but here are a few pointers. Our success is built on strong relationships with our colleagues and customers.

We are looking for a experienced Sales Advisor who will put the customer first, focusing on finding solutions for them and building trust. Truly acting as an entrepreneur you will be proactive, taking time to understand your customers. You’ll also show resilience when things don’t go according to plan and will be open to new ideas and happy to learn.

You will maximise customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit expectations through upselling and cross-selling of relevant products offering specific product advice through:

- Developing new customer accounts and re-activating lapsed accounts
- Building strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
- Advise customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled accurately in a timely fashion working with other colleagues from order to delivery
- Supporting all Company initiatives
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Understanding local market issues and work together with the Branch Manager to support sales growth plans
