Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of Flip Out
  • Reviewing company reviews and responding to reviews appropriately
  • Handling complaints, taking full detailed reports and resolving situations whilst keeping cool, calm and collected
  • Completing various administration tasks
  • Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times
  • Follow all working regulation as set out in the companies employee handbook and where relevant specific reception regulations
  • Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time

Qualifications/Skills

  • High level of written and verbal English

  • Be personable, engaging, positive and bubbly as well as being patient, calm and empathetic
  • This role is all about personality and the right attitude where you know nothing else other than making all our guests feel listened to and cared for at all times

Shift Availability

  • This is a part time position with a minimum of 12 hours per week up to 36 hours per week, based on a zero hour contract.
  • You must be available to work evenings and weekends. Our contact centre are currently looking for team member members who are available until 8pm on weekdays and weekends.
