Debt Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Collections Advisor to join our team at EOS Solutions UK PLC. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in contacting customers to discuss their outstanding debts and agreeing on repayment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Establish suitable repayment arrangements with customers, aligning with the portfolios acquired by the company.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally, adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with the CSA code of conduct, Data Protection Act, and FCA rules.
EOS Solutions UK PLC is a debt purchase company based in Warrington, part of a global group with operations in over 25 countries. We are committed to growth and are seeking a further 2 collectors due to the acquisition of a new portfolio.
